About This Site

yoursafetycareer.com is a lead generation and career information publisher. We connect individuals interested in health and safety careers with training program partners. We are not a training provider. We do not enroll students, deliver instruction, or administer certification exams.

Independence from Training Providers

yoursafetycareer.com and Neighborhood Insights are completely independent from any training company, including Walter Castro's safety training program. By registering through this site, you are entering into a commercial relationship with the training provider directly, not with Neighborhood Insights. Neighborhood Insights is not a party to any training agreement, enrollment contract, or certification program.

Payment Terms

The $3,900 program registration fee charged at checkout is a direct payment to enroll in the 3-Week Safety Training Program. This charge is non-refundable once processed.

If you have questions about the program before purchasing, use the contact form on the registration page. No refunds will be issued after the Stripe transaction is completed.

No Guarantee of Certification

Completion of the training program does not guarantee passing any external certification exam. Certification exams (BCSP, OSHA, and others) are administered independently by their respective organizations. Your Safety Career and Neighborhood Insights make no representations about exam pass rates, job placement outcomes, or earnings potential after training.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neighborhood Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or enrollment in any training program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us directly — which for lead form submissions is $0, as we receive no payment from lead captures.
